Provide coaching and needs for interviewing, tools and clothing needed for trade internships and Careers. It will also provide "Welcome Home Equip Kits" providing cooking supplies, "Bathroom and Bedding Equip Kits", Car Maintenance Workshops and skills development workshops. Lastly will help SHINE provide Stand in the Gap monetary support when life hits hard.
